Yes, Ponderosa Homes and team are fully licensed and insured.

After scheduling your free consultation, one of our contractors will come to your home to discuss your needs and scope out the space to gather information to form a quote. This quote will be given to you 2-3 weeks after the visit.

We strive to make our process seamless and stress-free for our clients. After the initial contact, the client is able to schedule a free consultation to meet with our team and describe the scope of their project. During this, they will measure and photograph the existing space.

Your project then enters the planning and design phase. Our expert designers will evaluate the existing space and create a personalized plan for you and your lifestyle. After selections are made, plans are approved, and permits are pulled we begin the construction phase.

Due to the variation involved in different projects, it can be challenging to determine an exact timeline. However, we understand how important these answers are to our customers. Please note that during different phases of your project, there are integral “behind the scenes” things going on — such as acquiring permits or ordering and receiving materials — that could be a lengthy process, so we usually will perform these tasks prior to starting the actual on site work.

Due to the nature of each project having different scopes, it is challenging to describe budget expectations before formal consultations.
